Toby Martini is a speaker and workshop facilitator who brings together the worlds of business and Improv.
Before becoming a speaker, facilitator, and entrepreneur, Toby worked inside corporate and technical environments. That experience, along with over 25 years of Improv training, shapes workshops built for deadlines, changing priorities, awkward meetings, difficult conversations, and the everyday challenge of communicating when there is no script.
His work helps people listen, adapt, communicate, create, and trust themselves enough to keep moving when the perfect answer is not available.
